The rules, in plain English.

You must be 13 or older to create an account or submit a project. The COPPA gate on first visit asks you to confirm. Submitting without being 13+ gets your account removed and your projects deleted.

You own your content. By submitting, you give projectvibe.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site and include it in share previews, newsletter digests, and screenshots in promotional material.

You're responsible for what you submit. Don't upload anything you don't own or don't have permission to share.

When you submit, you tick which AI tools shipped the project. That's honor-system: we don't audit. But users can flag misattributions, and repeated false claims can get an account restricted.

• Spam, scams, phishing, or malware.
• Harassment, hate speech, or targeted attacks on people, including in reviews.
• Content that's illegal in the United States.
• Impersonating another builder or claiming to represent a company you don't.
• Posting the same project under multiple accounts to game rankings.
• Automated submission — the bot-check and rate limits exist to keep this real-people-only.

Public: shows in all feeds, search, profiles, Top 25, OG previews. Unlisted: reachable only by direct link, not indexed by search engines. Private: only you can see it (invite-based access ships with Phase 3.5).

We respect the visibility you set. Changing private → public means the project appears everywhere — confirm the setting before you ship.

Pro is $10/month or $96/year via Stripe Checkout. Cancel any time from /settings/funding. No partial refunds, but you keep Pro features until the end of the billing period.

Tips, pre-orders, and crowdfund pledges flow through Stripe Connect — projectvibe.ai is the platform, not the seller of record. The builder receiving funds is responsible for delivering anything promised (beta access, rewards, products). Disputes are between the buyer and the builder; we can help mediate but we don't guarantee outcomes.

We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. We'll explain why over email before acting, unless the violation is urgent (e.g. active abuse). You can close your account any time at /settings.

The site is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee uptime, result, or that any review is correct. Do your own diligence on any project you're about to pay for.
