Privacy policy
Short version, then the small print.

The short version
projectvibe.ai stores the minimum data needed to run a submission + feedback site: your email (for sign-in), the projects you submit, the reviews you write, and the account you're logged in as. We don't sell data, we don't run ad networks, and we only email you about the service itself unless you specifically subscribe to the weekly digest.
What we collect
- Account data — email address, sign-in timestamps.
- Profile data — whatever you put on /settings: display name, bio, avatar, social links, username.
- Project data — everything you type on /submit plus screenshots you upload.
- Interaction data — upvotes, reviews, comments, flags, share events. Used to rank projects and detect abuse.
- Operational logs — IP address, user-agent, and minimal request metadata, kept ~30 days for abuse investigation.
How we use it
To run the service: render your profile, rank projects, send magic-link emails, deliver the Vibe Drop newsletter if you're subscribed, and process payments via Stripe if you upgrade to Pro.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We don't embed third-party trackers on the site. Third-party services we use as infrastructure: Supabase (database + auth), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (edge + bot check), Resend (email), Stripe (payments, Pro only), Upstash (rate limits).
Children
projectvibe.ai is intended for users 13 and older. We surface an age attestation modal on first visit and decline submissions from anyone who declines. If we learn we've collected data from a user under 13, we delete it on request — email us via the support contact below.
Your rights
You can view, edit, or export your data from /settings. You can delete your account with one click (the delete button at the bottom of /settings). Deletion is immediate and cascades to every project, review, upvote, and flag you've created. If you're in the EU or UK, that cascade satisfies your GDPR right-to-erasure.
